Karl Von Norman Football Stadium

I & Y Construction, LLC was hired by Electrical Contractor G.R. Noto of Clarks Summit, PA to install the sports lighting at the Karl Van Norman Football Stadium at Mansfield University. I & Y drilled the caissons and stood the poles as part of its “Pole in the Air” services provided to G.R. Noto. The project was completed in July 2013. This is the first time the university has installed permanent lighting in the stadium since hosting the first-ever night football game in 1892 against Wyoming Seminary.  The project was a huge success and Mansfield University now has state of the art lighting in its stadium.
