I&Y Construction Upgrades Pequea Valley School District’s Stadium with MUSCO TLC for LED Lighting Retrofit

I&Y Construction was proud to partner with MUSCO Sports Lighting on a recent lighting upgrade project for the Pequea Valley School District in Kinzers, Pennsylvania. The project focused on modernizing the district’s main athletic field with an advanced TLC for LED™ lighting system, providing superior light quality, improved energy efficiency, and long-term reliability for the school and community.

The scope of work included retrofitting four (4) 90-foot poles with new MUSCO LED fixtures. In addition, I&Y Construction reworked the existing 600-amp electrical panel to align with MUSCO’s design and control summary, ensuring full integration of the new lighting technology.

This retrofit was carefully executed to upgrade the field’s lighting infrastructure without the need for new pole installation—maximizing efficiency and sustainability while delivering a brighter, more consistent lighting experience for players and spectators alike.
